​National Level "Grand Juries"

.....this is only a vague idea.  While this "RINO" has been happy with recent DC and Virginia grand jury rulings, the complaint of the MAGA side may be, at best, worth addressing, at worst, worth blunting.  Some sort of new "National Grand Jury" system might be beneficial for improving the ...perception...that grand juries should display minimal to no partisan bias when...hearing cases with national political implications.  One can immediately see practical difficulties with this idea.  However, in "Brainstorming" fashion, perhaps those difficulties could be overcome.

One idea might be an "official" education program for those selected.  Such a program might include lessons and tests where jurors demonstrate a proficiency at substituing for the hypothetical accused the opposite party's leading figure.  Then, upon hearing the evidence, the juror would show that they understand they should "pretend" the accused is the person in the opposite party.  Would their decision be the same given the exact same testimony and fact suite applied to that "opposite" candidate?

Though your author has been personally satisfied with DC and Virginia grand jury rulings against Trump's and Trump's overly subservient DOJ, there could be a perception (not reality?) that those two jurisdictions are "not fair" to MAGA conservative initiatives.

Proportional representation

The founder of this movement/concept has recently become aware of the concept of "proportional representation" and its usefulness in avoiding "gerrymandering" and other anti-Minority issues. Check AI or other references for detailed information on the advantages, disadvantages and mitigation of the disadvantages. The founder would propose changing only the House of Representatives. The practical problems of getting the change approved by respective legislatures is the most obvious problem. Why would a state with an existing majority of representatives give up some congressional seats of their majority for a "higher ideal".
