A Proposed Amendment
to the
Constitution of the United States of America
A proposal
to amend the constitution
to provide an additional office of
Vice President for the Minority
Primary duties of the VP for the Minority:
Heads a Minority Department of Justice
Has veto of the firing of appointees to a limited set of government positions.
The proposed Minority DOJ is headed by the proposed VP for the Minority who has the following prosecutorial and legal duties:
Defends: the United States; the rights of the minority; and; all taxpayers in special cases. Those cases include lawsuits where the Majority DOJ provides no adversarial role for the people due to corruption in the rest of the Executive branch, in the Majority DOJ and in supporters of the majority.
The Minority DOJ may persue ordinary prosecutions where the Majority DOJ has been insufficiently zealous in enforcing the law.
Justice for the Electoral Minority!
"JEM"
Allows for investigation of election fraud against those such as the uncertified, claimed winner of an election as in 2020.
Allows for ongoing investigations oweaponizations of the (majoity) DOJ such as those 2020 through 2024.
Imagine Donald Trump in this office in 2020.
Provides for the adversarial role against collusive prosecutions and legal actions by the majority DOJ. Provides some resistance to vindictive prosecutions.
Restoration and clarificaion of the "for cause" firing limitations on non-partisan government officials.
Imagine Kamala Harris in this office in 2024.
An amendment to the constitution must, by nature, have "bi-partisan" appeal. The concept of a vice president for the minority here was born in the frustration of one citizen with the realization of how easily the Department of Justice can be weaponized by unscrupulous executive branch officials of any partisan faction. Clearly, this observation highlights a fundamental weakness in our constitutional system.
....The 47th President and his allies ...claim (?)... the Department of Justice was weaponized against the now 47th President.
...The November 2024 to November 2028 minority voting block (Democrats and RINOs) and its supporters and allies ...claim(?)... that only the 47th President and his appointees have been, and are, weaponizing the Department of Justice.
How can this contradiction be resolved?
